are there any controller/mouse combo PC gamers out there?
im finding myself more and more playing games like this mostly related to arthritis. this seems somewhat popular with overwatch possibly due to settings which make this super easy without ui issues. but im doing this with basically any game i feel a mouse is better. rebinding WASD and half the controller in steam. i already use an 'mmo mouse' purely for the extra buttons but i would love a proper controller for for this type of gameplay. is there anything that is actually made for this. i currently just use an xbox controller but i would love something a bit more designed for this and with more buttons which is always nice for binding. currently im considering the xbone elite for the extra buttons and customization but i was wondering if there was something a little better or about equal. ive also seen this hori for the ps4 but i have no idea how well these work especially for pc

this looks like shit, you are at most using 3 fingers
>having a touchpad
why do they assume people have long thumbs

What happens to the other 2 face buttons?

having an analog allows wasd to just be used by one thats pretty nice. plus L3 and ability to control speed on walking is nice. but it is limited hense looking more to the xbone elite which has little back buttons similar to the steam controller but better.

it was a stupid idea on the ds4 and sadly 3rd party basically need to add it just incase.

spoilers: many games let you use mouse and controller at the same time already. i did it with all the saints rows and gta 4 and 5.

obviously. many games also like to switch between ui and sometimes even take control away or lag it. and even more games just dont have controller support. this isnt something i use for anything i consider to be better with just a controller like action rpgs but things like shooters and some top down stuff. im not looking for games im looking for a better controller, hopefully one that is more or less designed for this kind of play
steam controller op

Steam Controller mate. Almost as good as a mouse.
