I've never played this game, I remember reading about it in a gaming magazine back in the day and wanting to play it so bad, I'd day dream about it. Is the game actually any good?

Infinite Space holy shit, it deserved a 3ds sequel so badly

Now with Switch being the only option for portable gaming there's no space for non otaku niche full price jrpgs, production costs are too high

Custom Robo.

LBX is good and all, but it hasn't quite been able to scratch the itch that Custom Robo Arena left behind in its absence.

I say that Nintendo pulls a Little Mac, and makes Ray Mk-II or Ray 01 into a full fledged fighter for the next Smash/updated rerelease of Sm4sh to generate interest, and then make a new Custom Robo game.

Make sure the online functionality of the new game is actually good compared to Arena, and bring back the Vs. modes that they couldn't replicate on the DS's limited hardware. I'm talking 2v2 team battles, 2/3 on 1 handicap matches, 3/4 man battle royales, the fucking works.

Retain and improve upon the Diorama feature from Arena, and bring back bonus color palettes for Robos from the Gamecube game.
