Reminder that because /v/ is drastically understaffed, adding new rules does nothing positive and only makes things worse; the mods cannot enforce the current rules, let alone any additional ones.

What should happen is that reply timers be lengthened; two or three minutes, possibly even four. This gives people more time to think about what they have to write, instead of just using /v/ as a chatroom where they can mash out a trashy reply every 60 seconds. It also gives the mods and jans more time to clean up the garbage.
