What are some good games that you can hook up a couple of controllers and play when a friend comes over?
I'll start with Legend of Dungeon. My buddy and I have put in like 12 hours over a few beers and had a great time.

If your friend is a regular and you want to get into a long adventure you can consider playing Divinity.
Otherwise for short sessions, Isaac Antibirth is quite fantastic.
