Why don't more games do this?
Especially RPGs and PvP games.
Minmaxing in PvP isn't a bad thing in terms of fun gameplay, it's actually kinda fun ending up in a fight where some player has a really wacky playstyle granting them extreme speed, health, or DPS.

I did something similar in Chivalry: Medieval Warfare.
Instead of the acrobatic reverse upswing rainbow 780 noscope bullshit the "pros" used I just fought normally but erratically. Worked wonderfully.

It doesn't in MP because people would abuse it
It works in SP but it just becomes an annoying puzzle boss if done wrong
