No. This upcoming game is just reusing assets from previous games into a crossover. That is it.

Persona 5 will get a game. The characters had unique weapons from persona 4/3 characters in Arena (outside of a few like Makoto). This is to give them an unique moveset, even if the weapons are the same (I guarantee you Yusuke will play different from Yu, for instance). Not to mention that Persona 5 was a worldwide hit. If you think they won't milk this series you're crazy.

If anything, this is Persona 4's last hurrah.
