Susanoo is bar none the strongest of the cast, being a literal God and all. Ranga only manages to win because he hasn't fused back to his body properly and Ragna fully engages the Azure Flame Grimoire to become a Black Beast.
Izanami is the third strongest by the end of Central Fiction due to being a Drive Manifestation and not a real God.
Jubei is fifth because Nine is around and as previously stated, Magic is OP in the BB verse.

Fuck, with all the talk NIS has been doing about wanting to do a Disgaea fighter with ArcSys, I was really hoping Asagi could squeeze her way into this game.
That being said, if it comes on Switch it's a guaranteed sale from me, I've always wanted to learn fighters but the execution barrier kept me out the first time I tried BB, but I realize now that isn't an excuse.
