Come on, give us the REAL good stuff, anon. We won't tell.
>>
In the hindquarter of my mind I pretend I have let's players doing running commentary as I play
>>
Whenever I see a mutual acquaintance say something really stupid and infuriating online, I grind in a game and improvise a long speech telling them exactly how fucking stupid they're being. It's actually, surprisingly, helped me beef up my irl debate skills quite a bit. I also crack jokes when they come to mind and if I deem them funny enough to say

The real pathetic part is how often I fantasize about being some sort of respected """thinker""" like Zizek, Harris, or Peterson
It's quite often
I am not proud of it

I don't like looking at porn of games I haven't played yet. It feels wrong and that I can potentially spoiler myself. I even get turned off, even if the porn would fit into fetishes I enjoy. Only when I play the game I can enjoy the porn.

In MMOs I always make one character of each class and give them an extremely detailed backstory, and then intertwine their questing with my other characters so that in my headcanon of the story quests they're all different characters interacting with one another.

Just for example, in WoW I've got a belf mage that went from being a power obsessed cunt to a leader and Horde patriot that takes care of his friends, and an orc warrior that despised the elf through all the expansions until Warlords, when he finally accepted the elf as his commander and brother in arms, and gave his own life to save him fighting Mannoroth. And that's only two of them.

I've done similar things in LOTRO, TOR, CoX and so on

>never get into games because of this
>this happened because in GoW kratos would insult how you played on the phone as an easter egg
>ever since always feel like someone is watching me play
>always feel the need to entertain my invisible audience
It's progressed into real life too, now I talk to myself and go off into silent tangents inside my mind, completely engrossed in whatever delusional fantasy I'm thinking about - usually things like jokes, or amazing one-liners that would help me befriend people like my certain coworkers. I never act on these fantasies with them, but I when I'm alone, I talk aloud and pretend that the voice in my head that responds to me is the other person I'm thinking about.

On occasion when playing a game I can get really into, I'll try to make food that would fit with the game's theme and setting.

Like for Fallout NV, I would try to make a Frito Pie and drink root beer or coke with it.

When playing STALKER, I got a bunch of bread and sausages, ate that for dinner. If I play STALKER again, I might try making some borscht.

That's how I played it. The worlds are meant to be enjoyed as a set and in sequence. I don't know why anyone would jump around unless they're speedrunning or something.
>>
I constantly reload my gun when I only spent one bullet in it.

I think this is a bad habit for me because it probably got me killed more often than running out of ammo and being one bullet away from killing them due to some guy coming right across the corner when I'm reloading.
>>
>>384135729
Some times I pretend to be a normal civilian in free roam city games like GTA and drive like a real person would, walk the streets normally, etc.

I sometimes speak for my silent protagonists in games like Skyrim in order to further immerse myself

Whenever someone pisses me off in an online game like team killing in rainbow six siege, I will dedicate the rest of my match to getting revenge. If I fail, or if I am still not satisfied I will often times try to follow them into their next match if the game allows me to join in progress. If that still doesn't do it for me, I keep a list of people's names and memorize their usernames so that if I ever cone across them again I will instantly recognize them and exact revenge.
>>
>>384139779
I got to meet Zizek in my philosophy class. He's a cool dude. He's funny and smart, but it was kinda jarring for me anytime he'd talk about movies. Whenever a movie came up (or he'd just bring one up himself) he'd go all in and tell you about all the symbolism and stuff that seems to be things he noticed and it all goes way over your head. I heard reference about Children of Men and he has a whole big theory about the end, but the movie's creator pretty much said that his theory is wrong and he just denies that and says the people in charge of movies have no idea what they're doing. That doesn't seem to stop him from enjoying cinema though.

Spreadsheets. Can't enjoy any slightly complex rpgs anymore because of it. I don't try to play games with multiplayer trophies, but other games get the completionist treatment.

Back when I used to play heavily sex-modded TES I would make multiple character specifically designed to engage in certain fetishes.
But that was back when I was a teenager. As for something I do now, I can't think of anything really autistic. I have old consoles so I can play games on their original hardware and I never use the teleport function in Nier Automata while on Earth but that's about it.
>>
In every RPG with a weight system I will make sure that I only pick up items worth 10x or more their weight in gold.

What's autistic about it is that I refuse to sell any item I pick up in the game regardless of how common they are and keep everything stashed away in my base. Even knowing this, I continue to go out of my way to weigh every item, pick them up, and hoard them away. I think I had a couple thousand of every slightly worthwhile common item stuffed in my base and the game would almost crash every time I entered.

I spent 100+ hours in Overwatch only as Mercy because I'm garbage at any other role and getting praised/commended for doing well as Mercy helped my confidence. If I did well and people didn't commend me, I would tell them off and leave. I also made it to Master rank every season as Mercy only.
I bought LMAOBox for TF2. I would enter random games, pick Sniper, and begin instant headshotting the enemy team while micspamming some obnoxious rap song. I did it for months on end before the big ban.
I have over 500 hours in Left 4 Dead 1/2 almost all of which is solo play.
I pirated Resident Evil 5 just so I could play as Rebecca in a cheerleader costume in Mercenaries mode.
Whenever I play multiplayer games, I have to have something light-hearted playing in the background to relieve my massive anxiety problem. Usually it's Oney Plays, Super Mega, or Game Grumps

Sasuke's mangekyo doesn't give him the tsukyomi.

One eye give him amaterasu and the other gives him the ability to mold, shape, and extinguish the flames. He does have basic sharingan genjutsu but the tsukyomi is Itachi's only.

>Can't he also be beaten in a test of endurance?
Yes, but only by other people on his level like Zod, or far beyond him like Darkseid.

Sasuke has been beaten at nearly the peak of his power by molten rock. He has no endurance to compare with Superman's

And I'm not talking about Edo Tensei Uchiha Madara. No, I'm not talking about Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara. Hell, I'm not talking about Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara either. I'm talking about Kono Yo no Kyūseishu Futarime no Rikudō Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (which is capable of Enton Amaterasu, Izanagi, Izanami and the Tsyukuyomi Genjutsu), his two original Rinnegan (which grant him Chikushōdō, Shuradō, Tendō, Ningendō, Jigokudō, Gakidō, Gedō, Banshō Ten'in, Chibaku Tensei, Shinra Tensei, Tengai Shinsei and Banbutsu Sōzō) capable of using Katon, Fūton, Raiton, Doton, Suiton, Mokuton, Ranton, Inton, Yōton and even Onmyōton Jutsu, equipped with his Gunbai(capable of using Uchihagaeshi) and a Shakujō because he is a master in kenjutsu and taijutsu, a perfect Susano'o (that can use Yasaka no Magatama ), control of both the Juubi and the Gedou Mazou, with Hashirama Senju's DNA and face implanted on his chest, his four Rinbo Hengoku Clones guarding him and nine Gudōdama floating behind him AFTER he absorbed Senjutsu from the First Hokage, entered Rikudō Senjutsu Mode, cast Mugen Tsukuyomi on everybody and used Shin: Jukai Kōtan so he can use their Chakra while they are under Genjutsu. I'm Talking about sagemode sage of the six paths Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, Rinnegan, Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, and Geass doujutsus, equipped with Shining Trapezohedron while casting Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann as his Susanoo, controlling the Gold Experience Requiem stand, able to tap into the speedforce, wearing the Kamen Rider Black RX suit and Gedou Mazou, with Hashirama Senju's DNA implanted in him so he has mokuton kekkei genkai and can perform yin yang release ninjutsu while being an expert in kenjutsu and taijutsu.

> Only Sonic is unaffected by it, while the other members in your party get hypnotized
> Dialogue is different for each characters
> ...
> Decide to change the party characters to see EVERYONE's "mind control dialogue"
> Keep in mind you can only change the party members at the very beginning of the part, so I had to reset everytime and redo the whole chapter just to see a fucking slight dialogue variation
> As I do this, I notice there's a very small breed of the party characters that are unaffected by the jellyfishes' brainwashing
> There's 3 of them, them being Omega (because he's a robot), Big the Cat (because he's dumb as fuck) and Cream (her dialogue says Chao is hurting, so I theorized he's absorbing the mind control waves or some retarded shit like that)
> Because of this, I decided that every time I'd do the hypno magicians jellyfishes arc, I'd pick Omega, Big Cat and Cream as my party members because in my mind it was the "canon thing" to do

And this is how I discovered I had a hypnosis fetish.

Mostly I follow what happened in game and try to justify it with my character, because a lot of the events that pop up in CK2 are random.
However, as a part of that, I expand some topics to make a story out of it: ingame, it was just a "this woman wants to fuck you: yes or no?" so I turn it into an event based on the circumstances if the time. Because, despite being very character focused, a lot if the character interactions are fairly limited.

That's pretty cool. Have you ever had to really stretch your justifications to incorporate those random events into your storylines, or are CK2's events not completely random so each could be connected rather reasonably? Moreover, have you ever been able to create thematic parallels and consistent character idiosyncrasies/flaws and character development between events in your storylines?

I'm obsessed with trains, especially subway/metro trains. Especially in a game where it's sensible to have trains. My opinion of a game could nonsensically different depending on how you can interact with trains.

For example, Vice City is my least favorite GTA because it had no trains. SA was good and it has trains, controllable even, but there's no metro train. I even liked Watch Dogs because it has subways and you can somewhat control it.

I've yet found a game where there's a legit complex subway system other than tycoon games. So far it's only GTA IV.

I mean, some of them are linked because characters have traits, but the chance of them occurring is just based off of RNG.
Like there are certain tracts characters can take to improving specific abilities, but there are some things outside your control.
For example, a brave character is more often to be injured in battle, depending on their combat ability, so I get to write about frontline commanders, and after getting injured, they often lose their former bravery. This is all by chance of the game.
Same goes that, as a lustful man, I'll occasionally get notices that there are women in my realm who could use some more love.
However, I don't always chose all my traits because sometimes I die at 70 and inherit a person at 30 years old, who already has a "history" of their own, so to speak. That's why I've gone from a Christian crusader to a man who spread paganism within the Empire, then an Inquisitor who fervently hunted pagans in the realm, a Satanist who got assassinated, and then his legitimized bastard son who was a genius. Anything can happen in 5 generations, and I just try to play them in a fitting way.

I'm 30, I've been doing it since I was 8. It is by far the biggest piece of drivel ever conceived. I go back to it when I have nothing else to do or I need to sleep, or I'm walking somewhere.

The worldbuilding is pretty much what you'd expect for 20 years. The plot progression is practically nothing in about 3 years. Even in my mind, I'm on the fucking berserk boat.

When I hear music I feel a compulsion to 'drum' my fingers onto the back of my controller to correspond with the melody.

Not only that, it has to align with my 'system' where every finger is used equally and symmetrically.

For example the opening line of snake eater "What a thrill. With darkness and silence through the night" has a pattern of 3 syllables followed by 10 syllables.

So with my thumb as A and my pinky as E, my pattern would be ABA, ABCDEEDCBA.

And this is only the simplest iteration of this compulsion, it can get more complex and involve more than one hand

I actually don't give a SHIT about speedrunning, but from an outsider's perspective there seems to be a level of dedication and spectacle required to make it interesting.

So you either have to have a something like "working out how to do some really hard thing that lets you glitch 99% of the game", or "finishing a game way quicker than anyone thought possible without using any glitch" or a balance between the two.

seems like piccolo of space has a nice balance there to me? Like there's glitchy stuff people exploit, but there's lots of difficulty and skill required to perform them, and it doesn't end up just being three seconds of black screens and credit, so its watchable.

Again, I don't watch speed runs or anything so if I'm bullshit just ignore me, but I don't think anyone would care if it was just one fucking nerd who built a machine that completed every game in 1 second. Nor do I think the interest would be there if there was one guy who could 100% all games without glitches 10 seconds faster than anyone else. The interest is in the evolution of finding weird shit and different people failing and succeeding, like everything else.

When playing a game I've played a dozen times, I sometimes go through it like a real person in the game would. When I was a kid at school I played ff7 and named the characters after my friends.

But to avoid imbalance I also started calling my friends by their "ff7 characters" like cloud or cid etc. It wasn't just to avoid imbalance, I also imagined that we were inside the game having adventures too.

This wasn't limited to the playground either. I did it in class until my teacher had a private word with me and told to stop doing it

I've known similar feels before. Usually my OCD involves washing my hands whenever they feel even the slightest bit dirty (I'm feeling the need to wash them as I type this, should clean off my keyboard while I'm at it), but I've had a lot of minor ticks over the years like eye-twitching until the twitch felt "right" on an even-number attempt, or doing something a specific number of times in powers of 3 or 4. Usually vidya distracts me enough from my OCD ticks though (besides the washing hands bit), but I'll still do things like button-mash weapon swap keys as a nervous tick to keep me occupied.

When I was younger I got really into Luigi's Mansion for some reason, I really liked the designs of the characters and I found the Ghost's backstories interesting.

One day I wrote over two A4 sides on the taxonomy and origins of boos. I drew little pictures of them and wrote the whole thing in the style of a biologist making a discovery about them.
I made up all sorts of stuff about how Boos were the most mysterious of all the ghosts but I, rp'ing as a scientist, had been studying them in the mansion for years now and would lay out my future discoveries later in the journal.

I never finished it because my sister found it and started making fun off me in front of my parents for writing it
I was so embarrassed I cried and tore the whole thing up
she never told anyone else though because I found a note she had written to herself as if the boy she had just broken up with had written it and I threatened to tell all her friends about it

The only times I don't wash my hands for a long time is either if I physically can't (ie no sinks around, even then I'll do what I can with water or what have you) or if I know I'll be getting them dirty for a long time anyway, like when working. I used to do inventory stocking and dealt with opening and compacting cardboard boxes a lot and would get lots of that box grease on my hands, and would only wash off during breaks or if something sticky got on my hands from a broken package. I can deal with it then because I know there's no point in washing my hands every five minutes, because I've got work to do, but it's mostly at home during my personal time where I want my hands to be clean when interacting with my computer and such. Other times if I'm going around on errands or out to eat, I'll wash my hands when I can out of habit.

I do a somewhat similar thing in EVE Online desu familia. My main character is Minmatar cuz dey dindu nuffin. Then I have an Amarrian character that I used only to run incursions in hisec and I thought if him as basically bound to my main character by indentured servitude (ironically, considering that the Amarr enslaved the Minmatar tribes as part of their religion, instigating the primary faction conflict in the game's lore). Then I have a character I use for trading and freighting in hisec, he is Gallentean. The Gallentean character was an old man in the Gallente Federation who my main character was good friends with growing up. Then, after my main character was accepted into the capsule program, he used his influence to get his Gallentean friend accepted into the program so he could be reborn as an immortal market tycoon and businessman. Lastly I have my true alt account character. She is girl from the Caldari State (imagine anarcho capitalism memes come to life) who met my main as a capsuleer. I play games to have fun but always end up obsessing over the absolute maximum efficiency to the point of ruining the game.

Stardew valley has a glitch where if you look at a menu while casted out time will freeze and you could catch a ton of fish, but it would make the day last for 2 hours.

But if a day of fishing goes bad and I miss a few fish during a rainy day, I will reset the day completely, wasting several hours over a month of time.

As a result I have played over 70 hours of gameplay in one month of the game, all just doing the stupid fishing mini-game that I don't even like.

The worst part of all is the next month's fishing is even more profitable, so I won't even play it anymore out of fear of falling into the cycle of endless fishing again.

Back when I was a child, I was so addicted to playing my vidya that I would literally refuse to go to the bathroom.

So I would shit myself, if I had the opportunity to take out those little shit nuggets out of my ass I would place them behind the drawer where my console and TV was placed on.

That room was always smelly, my mother always wondered why and never realized it, until we remodeled the room, the literal shitfest that was behind that drawer was immense, it was truly disgusting, years of shit nuggets behind that drawer.

I've shat my pants until I was 13 years old, I was always so fucking lazy to go to the bathroom, so I would always hold it in until the very limit, causing the inevitable shitstorm.

My mother also told me once that as a toddler I would once in a while take off my diapers and smear the entire walls with shit.
For some fucking reason my whole life had an impressive affinity with shit.

Now I'm 29, a successful developer, married, no kids (yet), and nobody knows of those dark secrets of mine.

I fucking hope my spawn won't be a shitter like me

Eh, not really. There are plenty of other bullshit characters, even if you only count DC.

Also "The One Above All" from Marvell, which is literally the writer self inserting as God. But I meant
the "normal" universes, not the ones with literal absolute power God as character. DESU you can even put such character in a fight because of just how much out of human comprehension they are.

Looking down on others for that is taking things way to far, but I do agree with your teacher who says we disregard anything that's not profitable or "sexy", as in something that will drive your life further. Curiosity and the pleasure of pursuing an interest for the sake of itself, having no other but an autotelic motivation, that's what drives the "great minds" that people idolize as geniuses. I do think it's a problem that culture doesn't cultivate this type of thinking and I feel as though people would live happier, more productive, and more fulfilling lives if they were to focus on do what makes themselves happy.

For games like RPGs, after a boss, i try to imagine the fight happening in real time because it makes more sense to me than turn-based fights, from a realistic stand point.
If the party has more characters that werent allowed to join in because of game mechanics (ie, 8 characters but only 4 can fight per battle), i make sure to include them, unless theres some in-universe explanation.

First rule of cool: ALWAYS LOOK COOL

In Monster Hunter 4U, I had to abandon the Bow in G rank endgame because I abhorred the late game armorsets where all of the Bow's good skills came from. It was the Kushala Armorset and it looked hideous.

Whenever I really get into an FPS I start hurting myself to simulate the damage I'm taking. To elaborate, if I get shot in the head I punch myself in the head from the direction where the shot came from or if I'm killed by a grenade I'll throw myself on the floor and other stuff like that.

I do this too in MMOs, but my most extensive headcanon is for the Fallout series.
I have 8-10 notebooks scattered around my apartment that contain the notes for it, focusing on my New Vegas character but intertwining my characters and the events from 3 and 4 and beyond. I also have done this with TES, and have extensive fanfictions I've written about other games.

I also compulsively collect alchemical ingredients/plants/flowers/etc. in games like TES/FO to the point where I'll exclusively walk everywhere just for the sake of gathering shit, and never fast travel.

I have a "canon" playthrough of each game in which I'll do things in a particular way, complete the playthrough, and then never touch the character again.
>>
I have a headcannon where a shitload of rpg took place.

It's basically a gigantic medieval city in the middle of nowhere and no one truly know why it's there, who built it or why it's the only city in the world.

When I play a rpg I try to imagine how it could have happened in my setting. Did it take olace outside the city ? Inside ? Was it a fight between the inhabitant and an outside force or an insode job ? Usually I rewrite most of the story and severly change the characters, if I don't make up my own.
