My coworker loaned one to me so I could play through Zelda. It is the biggest piece of shit console I ever held, worse than cheap Megadrive/SNES ripoffs I owned as a kid.

One of the problems thats current with nintendo is the number of games by genre. If you can eat all of their exclusives despite the genre, since you like everything, you are cool to go. But if you lets say, enjoy less genres of games you are fucked with nintendo, cause you get 1 game for each type.
Imagine a fighting lover only being able to buy Arms, or a shooter maniac only be able to get splatoon. That is why thir party games are important, they give more options for each genre. But at the end of e day you will get cursed cause you dont like every single release/genre of game they send out.

By the time Splatoon 2 is Switch will have:

4 games assuming people like all types of gameplay. But what if that isn't the case for others? Does everyone just have to eat Arms or Splatoon for example just because they are there?
