I did play it though, and the gameplay is absolutely shit. Just spam one offensive skill and do the same handful of loot runs or play some of the worst PvP in existence thanks to desynch.
I even had quite a few builds I still remember, including a tuned BvC loaded with 3/20/20s, a Dream Paladin, and Smite/FoH.

the shield's ok for the +1 skills but you can do better with an ancients pledge in a spiked shield for much less str requirement and you get the runes for it for free from an a5 quest
everything else is pretty mediocre. it's great in d2c instead of d2x though.
