No. Dark Souls is so.. SO MUCH more than just "a difficult action game". To market it as such MAY in fact appeal to the idiot masses but it does NOT do the game justice.

maybe it was TOO good, because now we have the "souls community" and games that are "soulslike" even if they aren't.
people are now comparing crash bandicoot with dark souls because "is so difficult looks like dark soul lol XD prepare to die i guess XD"
