Eskel and Geralt are exactly the same age (roughly 100). Lambert is 50 and Vesemir is the oldest.
Geralt has white hair because he is a special snowflake and went through additional mutations because the first were going quite well. Though their effects aren't that much known he doesn't outperform other witchers that much.
