Please. He's not attractive in the slightest. He's what men think a badass looks like, but to women he looks like shit.
Of course because he's a gary stu self insert all the women in the series love him anyway.

I will always not be mad about how they transformed Geralt in some kind of teenager "i want to look like him!" power fantasy, your average male model with a few scars, instead of what he's truly supposed to look like.

All of this to appeal to broader masses.
