What game will allowe me to wear heavy armor that actually feels like heavy armor instead of having only a stat diffirence to medium and light armors?

What do you mean "instead of only a stat difference"?

The amount of invinciblity frames you get is basically a stat, so is speed, and armor and stuff. What exactly are you looking for?

Dark Souls felt good to me, EYE divine cybermancy makes you slower and take more fall damage and stuff. What do you want?

I don't think any game has really done heavy armor that well.

And going further back, King's Field. Some armor sets prevent you from being able to run.
