TERA's main issue with me was that it was just too much. The slutty outfits were beyond slutty, the cute outfits were just a bit too poofy and frilly and the animations were exaggerated to such degrees. There needs to be a bit of subtlety at times.

FFXIV's Crafting is pretty good but it suffers from two problems:

1) To really see any true success you need to level ALL the crafting classes. That can be an overwhelming task.
2) Gear progression for crafters is wonky as fuck. The difference in stats between a pair of item level 190 crafting earrings from 60 and item level 290 crafting earrings at level 70? 7 Craftsmanship points. When you'll have over 1200 at that point. I will admit that the 190 earrings were basically the end game earrings of Heavensward crafting and the 290 are fresh level 70 stuff but... it still feels odd.

most common one are horse leveling and fishing.

for horse leveling you need to make the horse travel a lot of distance so you can set a path on the map that your character will follow back and forth. You can afk while doing this.

While fishing you will automatically reel in when it bite after 2 minutes. Then it automatically cast the line again.

Other automatic stuff are like cooking 9000 of the same thing or cutting 5000000 of the same wood.

The game did have a shitload of what i call "orphaned content". Many mechanics and even some missions were rendered useless or incompletable / inaccessible because of changes.

disagree. I feel like its in the worst area of design. I'd rather get either classic MMO combat than this.
the action is just too simple, it feels like Im playing those old toys where you pull a lever and a robot does a punch. Doesnt help that the enemy AI is nearly non-existent and there's not any good hitbox design.
I feel like the action is fake, hope you enjoy it but personally the novelty wore off quite fast, tried to play for a few hours to see if enemies or combat became more complex but it was always so basic I felt like I was playing the first 2 min tutorial of any game with decent combat.

Yes it still runs like shit, Brawler especially lagged me so fucking hard I had to disable most particle effects. I've never had this problem with any other MMO running at around high but not max settings. Besides that game is great.
