Timesplitters 2. Farcry 3 had an extremely satisfying grenade launcher, too. Nothing in that game was better than strolling down the road until loaded jeep started driving down the road and you just casually blew it the fuck away like the terminator.

GTA V has an alright one

Black Ops 2 singleplayer has two that are a blast, you just have to complete some mundane bonus challenges in an early level and then you can use them for the rest of the game
