TV peeping is a part of the game. Just as they know where you are, you know where they are. The sounds are separated either, so anyone with enough knowledge of the game would be able to get the upper hand anyway.

If it's 1v1 anyway then screen looking only serves to shorten the time between engagements. No need to scout the whole map every spawn. You both know where the other is and just prepare for the engagement in the middle. No matter how much you try it's impossible not to screen looking with peripheral vision so just embrace is as part of it.
