It's a game that takes quite some time to get what you want and build a collection, which was okay when it was just the base set because it felt like you were really making progress. And then expansions came out and set you back. And then rotations came out and set you back

Now it is actually impossible as a free to play player to build the decks you want.

Yes, you can build a deck or two, but you have to be extremely selective, which leads to netdecking and a lack of creativity. The pull rates of legendaries from packs is also fucking criminal, which Blizzard practically steals from you during the crafting process. None of it feels good.
