well, i think the characters with the best bleed/blight skills would be the flagellant and plague doctor, respectively. hellion is also really good in the front row because she can hit all 4 rows and has strong bleed attacks as well. i think a party with those three and then any fourth member to round out the party is good

yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the arbalest. they work well on marking teams, but I almost feel like a Highwayman or Grave Robber does the same thing but is way more versatile at the same time

although if you need a dedicated member to sit in rank 4 and just mark and shoot things in the face, I think she is alright. she also has a heal which is pretty handy.

i like her in a party like: Bounty Hunter, Doggoman, Occultist, Arbalest

lots of marking throughout the whole party and i always keep the heal on handy in case the meme arab throws out some 0 heals
