You know that the /pol/ worldview is a minorty right, if you look at it globally?
So you could say that a majority of the world doest subscribe to you particular viewpoint.
For them the things that you see as propaganda are just the way the world is.
They are not trying to transform you into a "cuck", they jsut don't care about your minority opinion of how the world should work. Complaining loudly will not change that.

I also find it curious why you can't enjoy games that are set in a world (i.e., the actual world) that doesn't conform to your viewpoint. I don't eat meat, but that doesn't mean that I wont play any game that includes the eating of meat. That would be retarded right, anon?

Not sure if they'd be able to do it with today's technology, but something set at a massive sporting event would be amazing. Could be something like attempting to murder one of the star players by getting him off the field through things like poisoning his water or something. Otherwise having a billionaire jerry jones-type team owner to try to kill during the game
>>
>>384020440
I think it would be amazing too, but if one of the targets was a player it would be really hard to implement a good SA gameplay while working with the realistic sports simulation. Your windows of opportunity are very limited in the form of halftime and timeouts, and those are finite amounts of time instead of an indefinite break. Otherwise, you could kill them while the game is going on, but that would attract a lot of attention and the usual "drop lighting on target" would affect other players for being close to each other in most sports.
>>
>>384021590
That's a good point. I just thought dressing up as a backup player to blend in sounded really cool. But like I said, some high profile celebrity or owner attending the game would be a cool target, just because like Paris in season 1 there's so many people around you'd have to get creative to lure them someplace, or just create cool accidents

They'll probably have more elusive targets next season. I hope they stop making them so limited though, it just sucks. I don't mind them making the skins limited, like only your first try on the elusive target counts towards unlocking them, but either you should be able to play the ETs as many times as you want or they should expand the contract system and let people mess with the level a bit more (add required items to pick up, restrict exit locations, change guard patrols and numbers of guards, etc). As it is, ETs are great content that's just dying for no reason.

It's designed like this so the devs don't have to make an entirely new game to give players new experiences, and if waiting really bothers you so much you could just wait until the end of the year and get the complete season so it feels like a full game.

I know it sounds cancerous but it's like high quality early access.

Sorry for the late reply, I fell asleep.

2016 had 6 PS4 exclusive targets called the Sarajevo Six, one target for each map. They aren't anything special, they're a lot like the earlier elusive targets but they have a shared past and it's fun to see how they become aware that they and their friends are being killed. It ends with Japanese Bane in Hokkaido (skip to 8:25): https://youtu.be/-jP0mj3WXtg

I think it'd be good if the AI was a lot smarter if there ever is a sequel. If you kill a person of importance, after roughly five-ten minutes they should start looking for them. And if a major event happens, even if its an accident, they should lock down and hide all the other targets. It makes no sense that in Colorado I blew up the guy doing target practice and they just move on and nobody else in the level comments that their leader just died.

Newspapers are really the only thing you listed that I want. Why do people act like upgrading weapons was some amazing feature? It was tacked on garbage that served no useful role.

All those things you list and you didn't hit the one thing I want above all else. The fucking brief case. I think Professional mode is okay as is (I really like the way cameras work in it), but it makes it impossible to use the sniper rifle because it's suspicious no matter what your disguise is.

I didn't say Newspapers are an important feature, just that it's the only thing he listed that I actually would like to see. You see people acting like gun customization was some super important feature in Blood Money and I just have to wonder if these people actually PLAYED Blood Money since all those attachments served very little purpose. It probably wouldn't hurt 2016 to have customization but it also wouldn't really add anything to it.
>>
>>384045558
If they want Season 2 to go any better than the flop season 1, then they definitely need to change the ET system. It's a disaster. No one is buying the game for ETs and lots of people are avoiding it specifically because of them.
>>
>>384047271
It's a SP game, it doesn't need to be balanced. It's just stupid seeing the world's best assassin have to resort to ICA drops to effectively snipe targets. Besides, it's not like getting a guard disguise is hard.
>>
>>384049784

I find it extremely hard to believe from a business standpoint a studio that divorced from a big company is going to dump money into something that wasn't making money before.

Hey summerfag

>>
>>384049616
It's true gun customization was pretty useless in BM, but I would much rather have back so we wouldn't need 5 variants of each weapon cluttering the menus, and we could get variants with more precise differences. That's an actual benefit, something the newspapers don't bring in.
>>
>>384050196
You're a terrible person. You realize that, right?
>>
>>384036854
These devs can't figure out how to get half of BM's features working on the new engine, why do you want a worse version just for better graphics? Also, BM controls > 2016 controls. Boy, I sure love how you can't use the same button to shoot and use melee.

>>
As long as they give us the suitcase and let us garrote motherfuckers while sitting, anything is fine.
>>
>>384050519
Meh, I think they should just have the guns as they are but have an option to categorize them a bit more to clean up the menu. Have you select a base model and then specify the variant. It's basically what you want except requires much less work.
>>
>>384051285
Abso controls > the other games in series though.
>>
>>384050163
It hasn't even broken a million sales on steam despite that number including even the people who just bought the "starter pack" for 7.50. Compare that to the pure garbage Absolution which has 3 million owners. Granted Absolution has gone for cheaper than 2016 has, but even accounting for that, it's insane.

Put it this way, Hitman has done so poorly that the best deal Square Enix could get for IO and the IP itself was to just turn them loose. The IP held so little value to them that they just threw it away rather than hording it like every other company tends to do with their properties.
>>
>>384053081
So no, you're jumping to conclusions without knowing what their budget was, how much it sold on consoles, among other things. Nevermind the fact that the studio has stated they're happy with the sales and that they moved to a new building with a mocap studio at the end of last year.
>>

>>
>>384053423
Would square really just let them go like that if they were making good money?
>>
>>384053634
You mean the same Square that called Tomb Raider a failure after it sold like 3.5M copies? Yeah, they would.
>>
>>384050163
Regardless of whether it flopped or not, it's still going to be cheaper to build another season of levels than an entirely new game. It only makes sense to throw a small 15 person team on pumping out levels while the rest of the team moves on.
>>
>>384010323
I dunno, usually don't go to that fair, I'd say both are viable, but Chinatown sounds cheaper.
>>
>>384053832

??
>>
>>384053423
>they moved to a new building with a mocap studio at the end of last year.
And then suffered big layoffs about a month ago to try to make the studio and IP look more appealing to potential buyers, only to announce a week later they were going independent instead because no buyer could be found. Oh yeah, that totally sounds like a thing that happens to studios that make games that sell really well.

>>384053832
>You mean the same Square that called Tomb Raider a failure after it sold like 3.5M copies? Yeah, they would.
And yet they continued to fund Crystal Dynamics. Hell they continued to fund Eidos Montreal after Deus Ex MD did poorly enough that it got that series shitcanned. How poorly did Hitman have to sell that not only did they not want to fund any follow ups, they wanted to get rid of the property and studio altogether?
>>
>>384054094
Point was that Square is ran by idiots. They expect western franchises to sell ridiculously many copies while they pump tons of money into stuff like FFXIV and KH3.

>>384054508
>suffered big layoffs about a month ago to try to make the studio and IP look more appealing to potential buyers, only to announce a week later they were going independent instead because no buyer could be found
It was never clarified if they even looked for a buyer or if they had the intention to go independent from the start. You're drawing conclusions from nothing.

>And yet they continued to fund Crystal Dynamics. Hell they continued to fund Eidos Montreal
I'm sure Eidos Montreal is happy they get to work on license game shovelware instead of Deus Ex. And don't you think its poor sales may have something to do with the publisher?
