If you even have just a slight pinch of autism and start learning how to mod NV you will never stop. You'll spend a day installing mods, spend a few hours playing, find something visually or gameplay wise that you want to change / fix, download and / or change mods, make the game look pretty, play it for a few hours again, get immersed, notice that the ENB / lighting mod you're using makes certain areas and time of days look bad and make LOD pop-in more obvious, quit game and spend days trying to fix every blemish and gameplay shortcoming that bothers you. But at least NV actually has good vanilla content as far as the quests and roleplaying goes, Skyrim suffers way more from this modding problem because it's so shallow once you play it once for 10-15 hours.
