Something with no progression.
Most girls won't play for long periods of time so they will fall behind and hold you back. Playing mmos was murder with my gf, I ended up having a specific character to level with her and I always preferred being on my main.

Something that they can drop in and out of.

Something that doesn't require much skill.
Try playing overwatch or Paladins with your gf who isn't anywhere near as good as you and you'll soon wish you didn't have a gf that played games. You end up resenting her for making you lose.
