I remember playing this game on a friend's PS1 and needing to own it. I found it in a used game store for like $30 years later. Such a good game. Had some good music and Mint is cute!

I never owned the game until I downloaded it onto my vita in 2015 but I sure did play the demo a million times.

It's a good thing that nobody else wanted to play Mint because I beat this whole thing in front of a group of people without ever upgrading my damage. I didn't think making my attack higher would effect my magic because games usually split that into two categories.\

What ended up happening is that everyone thought this game is inhumanly difficult as I struggled to drop-kick every boss in the game for a whopping 10 damage. The hardest parts are of course the whale you can only hit with wind cutter and the fight with Duke and Super Hexagon on the rim of the volcano since they can chain grab you for 100% of your life.
