I fought this boss at least 6-7 times now over several playthoughs/boss rush, and it is one of the most finicky bosses I have seen. Its not so bad early on, but the hit detection with the homing attacks is severely off on the orbs, and the part where you just fly into the air is bullshit.

Sadly I can't fill that roll since this boss fucked my shit up. I swear, I had 99 lives going into this fight. When I won I had about 30 or so left.

Loved the fight though, especially because of the music.

Shadow should have stayed dead to be honest. SA2's ending was pretty great, but the impact was lessened when Shadow came back to life 2-3 games later.
