You can buy the pi, case & power supply for 50 bucks or cheaper on amazon. Only a dumbass would pay 50 bucks for an HDMI cord, and most people already have some sort of controller that would work with it. You don't need a lot of memory for it either, a 16GB or 32GB is more than enough. I have a 64GB card in mine that I got for 20 bucks and its overkill, you will never even put a dent in that unless you try to put the entire PSX & N64 library on it.
