What's Fallout 4 Frost? Does it actually improve shitty fallout 4?

Frost is autism. Just using ENBs and texture overhauls along with a few tweak mods make Fallout 4 really fun.

It's hundred times better than F4. Frost is like Fallout NV Dust survival, yet it's in the winter.

Its heaps better than Dust because it actually has the shooting mechanics and environmental variety to support it, and less of the meaningful elements of gameplay were lost (because there was less rpg stuff to begin with)
