Exploring is more important than mass gathering resources. As having different types is more important than bulking just a few. The first time I played it, I tried to min max grab and craft like an autist. Bad idea, inventory is limited until you start to build a base. Take it slow

So what can I do about the massive FPS drops for no reason? I was swimming around then came to a place with red plants everywhere and suddenly my FPS is shit no matter where I go.

This is how I feel, it's depressing knowing that modern devs look like pic related trash. It's also infuriating knowing that most of the need to keep upgrading GPUs is because these subhumans can't code and optimize for shit.

On one hand, graphics are barely pushing the boundaries anymore, on the other hand, games are getting giant bloated 4k texture packs when they can't even run at 1080 with a decent frame rate.
