And sometimes they even have non classical interments.

XII just sounds like they payed a high profile orchestral to make generic but high quality orchestral game tracks.

Also i haven't played XV so maybe it has a worse soundtrack i dont know.

No I can't, but neither can I call FF12 tracks shit.
It has plenty just as memorable tracks for me as other FF games, many hummable such as the Archadian Empire theme, the main leitmotif from stuff like Flash of Steel, Dalmasca Eastersand or Place of the Gods. And then there's also the "Final Movie" track (that's how it's called) that's used within the big cutscene after you beat the final boss which is also extremely memorable.
Seriously you simply don't give a shit about the game I think because you're a weeb and can't handle it being the only non-weeb mainline FF game.

So, I've always been confused about something, none of the games are connected right? But, isn't Gilgamesh the same character from V each time? Or is it a different guy?

He is the same guy with exception of FF9 Gilgamesh. Lore-wise the games are set in the same universe just on different planets/galaxys whatever and are connected by this thing called The Void. Gilgamesh travels through the Void.

The games aren't connected unless explicitly stated as being so ala the Ivalice games taking place in the same world but at different points in time, or the FFX and XIII games.
