Same here but I mostly focus on graphics enhancement and ENB.
The gameplay is just fine I don't need to change it.
I got around 100 mods installed on my NV but around 80 of them are Textures/Models/Overhauls almost every single textures is changed.

Also the game is pretty stable just modding the visuals and I'm happy, the only thing can ruin the Gamebryo/Creation Engine games are the heavy scripted mods.

I remember Skyrim my first modded setup was focus on the visuals (4K 2K textures, new meshes, lighting, environment, also some weapons and armor mods) and the game was stable as fuck I made a fully playthrought with a few crashes.
Then I got the "brillant" idea and I installed gameplay change/spawning/survival mods and the game began to crash every 30 minutes.
Scripted mods are bad.
