The whole point is to switch characters based on their strengths and based on the weaknesses of the enemy. McCree was once in a position where there was no reason to pick any other Offensive hero other than better mobility. He had high damage precision at long distances, making 76 useless and his Fan-the-Hammer could tear apart tanks with ease, making Reaper or Tracer useless.
