Jordan literally got a job through his connections with the channel, which ended up being one of the final nails in the Creature coffin.

Any popular channel that fails can always fall back on talking to game devs/companies they did collabs with, or other Youtubers who have yet to fail that they interacted with in the past. If that doesn't work, the ones that edit their own videos can at least try to move to non game companies that also do video editing (television, etc).
