Well how is it? I enjoyed Super Meat Boy quite a bit and 106%ed it, is this one as good. Some Steam reviews say it's kinda boring and I tend to believe the negative ones over the now usual "OMG so awesome and dark" ones.

It feels a lot like SMB. It takes a bit longer to get really difficult, but it does get to a point that rivals SMB in making you want to kill yourself. Levels are shorter, but often can link across screens to eachother for secrets and the like. The actual platforming isn't exactly like SMB, you grab onto ledges and can't walljump without grabbing something, there are a ton more moving platforms, there are some enemies you need to jump on, and a few other things you'll find. I'm having fun with it, at least.

Worthy successor to super meat boy. Ive beaten all the "light world" stages so far. Going back through all the levels looking for secrets and tumors which are quite handy for the "dark world" equivalent. Well worth checking out if you enjoyed meat boy in my opinion.

The character Ash isnt just a meat boy clone. He doesnt control the same. He's slower, hangs from ledges and jumps from them, cant walljump or slide up walls. He has much more precise control than meat boy, no weird floatyness to him. The stages are very well designed and make good use of Ash's abilities, making for some very enjoyable platforming.Very fun.
