Slow down when you speak and make sure you do NOT mumble. Enunciate each word carefully and say things like you mean it. Don't worry about being high pitch so much but focus on controlling your voice.

read books aloud, or even posts if you don't mind what you'll hear yourself say. practice broadcasting your voice, it's not the same as yelling but it's to give yourself a bit more richness to the sound of your voice.

Singing is a great exercise. just a find a song you like by a normal musician that isn't a japanese robot and keep practicing.

Teaching yourself to speak well is one of the best things you can do for yourself

Practice reading aloud. Even though your speech is different during a conversation compared to reading aloud, it certainly still helps.
