Isn't that armor basically just some swat armor with a duster coat and pants? Kinda taps into that tacticool stuff you're talking about.

Either way, you don't unique armor types often because they don't fit the theme of the game. Most games go for basic fantasy shit, military themes, or real life. So there are very few games that really define themselves in how armor is designed.
