Bonus points if it's a dub from another language. Voice acting in games is INSANELY hard to enjoy because everyone sounds 20+ years older, or they sound emotionless. It's like they just read the script as if they're in a room together. There are some good ones that have pretty bad voice acting yet end up being fun, such as the Disgaea series (and anything by NiS, really). Plenty of good games lack voice acting, too. The best part about this is that you can make the voices in your head. Imagine; kids sounding like actual kids, adult men not sounding like the same generic dudebro, and women not sounding like insufferable cunts. It's possible when you either have good voice acting, or when you don't have any voice acting at all and you can imagine their voice based on appearance and tone in their dialogue.
