Missing two regular tumors and some secret ones along with 3 carts. I'm only on the third world of the Future, though.

Is this game actually fun? Looks like a boring re-hash of super meat boy.

It's a precision platformer (Meat Boy, N+, etc) but differs from Meat Boy in that you don't slide up walls, you can only cling and walljump off of corners. Also instead of timetrials on individual levels (and an emphasis on time trials) this is more about collecting the "bandage" in each level and progressing. Levels in worlds are connected screen to screen and you can't just go to a specific level whenever you want like Meat Boy. They are similar but different enough for this to stand apart as its own thing. It is fun but I'm not sure it's worth 15 bucks.
