If you really wanted to be argumentative you could say the reason Berserker is slightly on the mage axis is because they psych themselves up to hit harder/ignore pain etc which isn't too far removed from a mage using his brain to cast a buff spell, just less magical.

Spellswords are always GOAT, especially when they're like the Ylsides for Arx Fatalis. Beastmasters are great too. Would definitely wanna see more of that and well done bards in games.

Berserker.
They have a pretty high level of representation, however it's often wrong in a way that bothers me.
The original concept of a berserker was from the Norse/Viking culture, as you all know. Part of their description was that they were (like) ferocious animals on the battlefield and that no blade or arrow could harm them... And yet in most video games that have a berserker or berserker attribute, you do MORE damage at the cost of TAKING more damage.
Which is obviously a balancing issue to avoid being OP, but the reversal of the lore still bothers me.

My second favourite archetype is a Ranger, which is often instead represented as Archer in most games.
