As it stands defense matrix is currently overpowered. Any diamond or higher comp will always have a dva on the team if they're worth a shit.

It can stay the same, but they need to adjust Rein and roadhog then. Fix Rein's absolutely broken charge collision and make him build his ult from damage absorbed as well, and put roads damage back to where it was.
