Nope, video games are a great hobby. I wish I never googled hentai in 2005 and found this place. It hasn't made me (more) cynical, but it consumes too much time and gets worse every year.

No I wish I had more time for it but between a job ,gf and family I almost never get time to sit down and do a twelve hour non stop gaming session like I used to.

Your chances of being sent to fight are incredibly low anyway, even if you get deployed depending on your job. Joining the military doesn't mean they just hand you a gun and ship you off to the desert. All the jobs that require combat you have to qualify for and go through additional training which 80% of people can't do unless you're already fit as fuck before enlisting.

If I didn't get into gaming I would've gotten into drugs or crime, but most likely I would've done more extremely stupid pranks that teeter on criminal.
