Alright, disregard the piratefags for a moment. The N2DSXL is cheaper, yeah? It doesn't have 3D, but most 3DS games don't do much with it anyway. Ultimately, it's your money so do what you will.

I'll might get a N2DS once it gets a bundle and/or gets hacked (mostly for emulators not actual piracy) because I only have an original 3DS XL and I didn't really like the 3ds. Plus the N2DS looks nicer and is cheaper.
