Warcraft was watchable. It was bad and I don't think a sequel can salvage anything but I also didn't want to die while watching it

The first silent hill and the first tomb raider (actually the second is fine too). Silent Hill isn't scary at all and loses a lot of what makes SH great but it's a watchable movie which is more than most game movies have. The TR movies are just dumb action movies which is totally fine for that franchise and it's peak angelina jolie with a stuffed shirt.

There were no comparisons made, it was declared to be good. There can be no better video game movie than the Silent Hill film but that film will still be a shit film.

Well, Ghost in the Shell was a commercial success, wasn't it?(I actually don't know, but a lot of people went to see it where I live so I guess so). I think other western anime adaptations could work, at least as long as they would stick to big, well known titles. FMA included.
