Are stealth games the last bastion of competent level design?

Open worlds were supposed to be the pinnacle of level design
Too bad they're shit

I don't know about stealth games in general, but Arkane certainly is. Say what you want about Dishonored 2, it had some of the best level design I've ever seen in my life, and it contained the two best levels in vidya history (Clockwork Mansion & Crack in the Slab).

Yeah. The Dunwall Trials are meh, but the two Daud DLCs are a must before you move into Dishonored 2.
