It's a lot like Bioshock (1 and 2) gameplay-wise.
In fact, it's a lot like Bioshock in almost everyway.
I think it is superior in level design, plot and twists, though.

It's a decent Arkane Studios game so long as you ignore the fact that this shit is using the Prey name for its title when it has fucking nothing to do with the original game. Sits right there between New Order and D44M, but if you aren't fully convinced then just fucking pirate it it's already cracked and shit

where did you find this for $30? most of the places I checked have it for $40 at the lowest

It's a game with a 10/10 opening that slowly mellows to a 7-8/10 around 2-3 hours in because of very repetetive and unvariable combat. By the end I just ran away from every enemy from point a to point b just to complete the quests.
If you're into environmental design and exploration, then pick up this game, since it does these things very nice, runs well and is aesthetically pleasing, but don't expect Deus Ex/Dishonored level of creativeness in the gameplay department
