Are there any video game characters that could defeat Stopman?

I'm not sure how we're gonna make this thread that exciting. Someone's gonna post face shots from the doujins and then some of us will get a chuckle from seeing the thread's existence. Then it'll get derailed by someone who doesn't like the face and then someone else will get mad. Then everyone gets bored and the thread dies at around 10 or so replies.

Any video game character who has canonically beaten someone who could stop time before, could defeat Stopman, or any of the ones who can still move under stopped time. Mega Man and Soma Cruz off the top of my head could beat him. Both have beaten those who can stop time, and the latter can still move under stopped time.
