What is your MMO home right now /v/?

Last it was WoW, WotLK era, on Dalaran WoW. But I got burnt out again. You know how it is. Never tried swtor, is it good?

FFXIV, but every now and then I hop over to TESO. I just wish the latter didn't frustrate me as much.
I considered SWTOR once after watching a few sith inquisitor videos and got that weird need to play an evil space wizard.

Started a new character recently and I'm enjoying it. It's biggest glaring issues are that it's not really focused on group play, but focuses more on single player and end game content is kind of lacking. Overall though, you should give it a try. It's engaging enough to at the very least get you through a character story.

Last time I played SWTOR it was an alright single player game but the MMO stuff and all the f2p restrictions are grating.

I think I'm done with MMO games. Call me autistic, but I hate not being able to complete all the content. I get a sick thrill outta 100%ing games without a guide. Even 90% feels good. Plus, I get kicked outta every guild.

It's shit. It is singleplayer game with mmo elements. Pve is boring and buggy, pvp is dead, itemization system is shit.
You can try it if you want, it has probably the best leveling experience in mmo game.
If I'm not mistaken you can play f2p up to level 60, but the class story end at level 50 and everything after that is utter garbage.

SWG on emu feels empty unless you are playing with lots of people you previously know and/or oldtime/v/.

I'd play City of Heroes even solo if there was a freaking emulated private server.

Why is there even combat in this game? there is zero feedback on any of the things you do. it's literally just numbers popping up. the animations are garbage and so are the skills.

if you're going to neglect combat that hard then just might as well remove it altogether

If anything, you should bitch about the limited dungeon runs or inability to take a crafting and a scavenging skill on one character. Or the limited character slots. Or the reduced XP and credits from quests.
