Okay, there are a bunch of decent ones, but the best is WoW, the worst I've played is probably Advanced Warfare and the first one I played was MW1.

In all fairness, it's not really a bad game. It's probably my least favourite because it came at a time when I was getting sick of CoD and, after skipping Ghosts, it wasn't good for me to return to that entry.

Plus they acted like they were gonna have these neat plot about the pros and cons of PMCs but did nothing with it.

I loved Advanced warfare cause it tried something new. I love the whole boosting. it made sniping harder and i could travel around the map faster. jetpack fights were so fun

BLOPS3 was the last one I played so I'm sure if I played Infinite Warfare that it would be my least favorite. But I will say that both MW2 and the first BLOPS were great games when the 360 was in full swing, so many people playing at all hours of the day and rarely had connection issues with XBL, it was the short lived golden age of online FPS on console.

My brothers and I had it on PC and played the shit out of it.

MW2 for online, the original for singleplayer. I will say CoD4 was huge because my mom wouldn't let us have consoles, and finally relented in 2007 and we got a 360 for Christmas. CoD4 had just released, and we got it from somewhere. Before that we had been replaying single player campaigns on our family PC, so going to CoD4, especially the multiplayer, was kind of life changing. I thought it was the coolest shit. That said, MW2 really refined a lot of things without tking anything too far, and is the last one I enjoyed. All of the singleplayers besides the original have been meh for me.

call of duty 3 multiplayer is my favourite. treyarch used to do their own thing but with the complaints of cod 3 they turned into infinity ward copy cats

As someone that basically only plays TF2/Quake I surprisingly love this series and think it gets unduly shit on. I'm legitimately hyped for AW in a way I didn't think I could be.

MW3. It was the last one I played. I decided I was finished with the series at that point as it seemed they had exhausted any meaningful changes they could make to the game. It felt like a re-skin of MW2 with a lot of extraneous stuff added on disguised as extra content.

I was thinking about getting the newest one just to see what it's like, because I know they've added all sorts of wacky shit like wall running and futuristic weapons and whatnot. Then again, it's just going back to WWII this year.
