I'm 165 hours into my first plkaythrough and I'm on the "final boss" dungeon. There's probably another one and then a true ending one after that. It's long, but it doesn't feel any longer than any of the other person games. 3 and 4 took me no more than 90 hours each, too.

If you want ez pz kill me pleasy levels, go to Mementos during Flu Season and wait for the Reaper in floor 10 or so, so shadows won't bother you
If you're lucky, Reaper'llbe inflicted with Despair and he'll die in 3 moves of rarely attacking if at all.
If he doesn't spawn with it, just run like 15 feet and fight him again. It's decided entering battle, not Reaper spawn.
