Making a game isn't a set task with one way of doing everything. As a result there is no set time for how long a game will take. Some games have spent 10 years in development while others have spent a day in development. It really depends.

Your average triple A will likely take around 3 years. with around a year in pre production and concept and 2 years development. But like I said, this can differ massively due to varying factors.

I'm not even sure why I bothered to put effort into this reply because I'm fairly sure this is a shitpost / bait thread. Oh well
