Relatively cheap, high base power. Speed and Int are put to good levels with the items.
I assume Penelope is a Red Mage sort of person because of her S power. Paula helps with white magic. Winston and Paula are tanky to help handle the extra enemies. The protag/leader class would round out the crew nicely.

That team is well-balanced and has a good overall Power/Speed/Intellect score with no major drawbacks. Although if it's a game where healers are actually important, then replace Paula with Cassandra.

Penelope will attract enemies for easy farm since I have three S combatants. Giving the boosters will patch up my only weaknesses. The Angel is stupidly broken and I see no downside to upping Winifred's Affinity.

I still have B affinity on two of them and wouldn't be flirting with Winifred, so it should be fine. Otherwise I could always replace Winifred with Marco as my mage. A power downgrade, but the overall improvement in effective teamwork would help compensate. I wouldn't want to deal with babysitting Penelope's drawbacks.
