If you're running andriod, get yourself a good GBC/GBA emulator and play shit like Advance wars 1/2, Golden Sun, Warioland 3
The list goes on and on, there are some really great GBC/GBA games that you could easily run on your phone.
If you're on IOS on the other hand, you're out of luck since apple cucked the shit out of emulators in the appstore.

As others have said the only good ones are emulated games. Everything else is skinner box shovelware or flappy birds tier. Otherwise just get GTA or Bully for mobile
